About Kimberly Buttle

Kimberly Buttle has been in the mortgage lending business for 18 years here in Washington state.  Born and raised in Washington, and  a daughter to a school Principal, Kimberly was groomed early to be an educator.  Committed to promoting trust, education and ethical practices, she is a member of NARLO, National Association of Responsible Loan Officers,  one of 5,000  loan originators nationally, who has received advanced certification as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS).  She is a Certifed Real Estate Licensing Instructor and promotes/teaches home buyer and credit education via her website and local seminars. 

Kimberly is an Expert in Residential Mortgage Lending and in assisting her customers with credit challenges.  She helps consumers navigate successfully through the mortgage maze and explore their mortgage loan options.  As Kimberly has a high percentgage of approved home buyers, those buyers who may not qualify today are enrolled free into her Get-Ready Mortgage program with free mortgage advise and help to ensure a successful loan approval in the shortest amount of time.  Kimberly Buttle operates her business with a “Customer for Life” philosophy and finds that providing consumer education on the home buying process is key to her clients achieving success.

Growing up on a farm raising Arabian show horses with her mom and dad and three sisters, she learned early the values of hard work, patience, discipline and ultimately success with winning several national championships with her favorite horse, Donney.  Currently living in Woodinville with her husband, Dan, they spend their time relaxing and playing among their beautiful gardens with family and friends.  Kimberly is an active member in the Woodinville Garden Club where she works to beautifies surrounding public grounds in her community, raising funds for local charities and touring other beautiful gardens.  
Kimberly understands that with every passion she pursues, whether it's showing horses, gardening, parenting, wife or her mortgage profession, she becomes a life-time student and learns everything she can to be her very best.
